Biography

A highly accomplished personal trainer with years of experience having played high level rugby for 8 years. Although his background is predominantly rugby he is a true all rounder having swam at county level and tried his hand at most competitive sports. If total body condition/weight loss or sport specific improvement is your goals he is your man.
