Biography

Jo has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and is still one of the most exciting trainers I have ever met. Go to one of her classes or try a session with her and you will see why. She wont let you slack , classed as a Master motivator and amazing with her nutritional advice she will help you reach your goals quicker than you thought possible.
