From an early age I have always participated in sports, at the age of 10 I attended boxing classes three times a week which lead me to find a love for physical activity. At the age of 17 I trained with the Royal Marines, which helped me understand what someone is physically and mentally capable of. With my love for endurance, strength, size and speed training I provide for any clients with their goals of a better physique.

Liam has been nothing but encouraging and supportive and our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun, being so important to keep me motivated.
