Biography

My belief is that it’s through hard work and dedication, that you reach goals, results do not happen overnight but when they do the rewards are literally life changing. What I offer is hard but fun, I have found the right balance of this within my training to help my clients not only reach but exceed their goals.

This approach to not only training my clients but also myself has led to me being nicknamed ‘Killer Kitten’ or ‘Puss’ by a few of my clients, due to puss in boots from Shrek. Looks all cute but deadly in the gym.

I am consistently moving and looking for new ways to train and activities to try. Anything from half marathons to climbing mountains, I’ll give it a go. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years and have 3 years’ experience as a personal trainer. I have gained extensive knowledge during this time and love passing on what I have learned to clients.
