The group training sessions follow a functional strength and conditioning programme that focuses on building fitness, strength and lean muscle. The constantly varied workouts combine weightlifting with explosive and dynamic body weight exercises as well as HIIT and functional training, giving unparalleled results. All our sessions are run by our elite personal trainers who ensure that everyone, no matter what your fitness level, gets the coaching that they need and deserve as a member.
